- Responsible for the program management client communications and overall performance of the program ensures that all contractually required deliverables from transition plans to Quality Assurance programs are delivered and met.
- Develops and maintains client relationships and resolves contract level client questions and concerns contract value growth.
- Contract scope and growth opportunities are often negotiated face to face with the Government Contracting Officer (both revenue and scope).
- Position has an annual expected growth goal for opportunities that further grow the contract and improve the overall program.

“Qualifications
- Requires BS/BA degree; 10+ years related CMS operations experience; 3 years manager experience in managing complex systems work flow processes and associates; 4+ years of related work experience in lieu of the Master’s degree; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in customer contact center operations preferred.
