- Provide leadership, management and oversight for all pre-award, revenue producing departments / activities.
- Work directly with the CEO to co-manage the organization with a focus on all pre-award functions to ensure all pre-award functions are operating on all cylinders and producing expected results.
- Oversee and contribute to the full life-cycle sales process through development of sales strategies, opportunity identification & development, oversee & assist with producing winning proposals, and deal closing for all size opportunities striving to exceed sales quotas.
- Manage identification and generation of sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth to ensure sufficient opportunities are in pipeline to meet required win ratio’s and targeted growth.”
