“The President will set and execute VMSI’s growth and business development strategy within the federal government services industry. The President must have in-depth federal contracting services sales experience (Not product sales), established relationships throughout the govcon industry, with both government and industry senior decision-maker contacts.” 

“Responsibilities: 

  • Provide leadership, management and oversight for all pre-award, revenue producing departments / activities. 
  • Work directly with the CEO to co-manage the organization with a focus on all pre-award functions to ensure all pre-award functions are operating on all cylinders and producing expected results. 
  • Oversee and contribute to the full life-cycle sales process through development of sales strategies, opportunity identification & development, oversee & assist with producing winning proposals, and deal closing for all size opportunities striving to exceed sales quotas. 
  • Manage identification and generation of sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth to ensure sufficient opportunities are in pipeline to meet required win ratio’s and targeted growth.”
