“Objective: To provide medical concept and capability development and analytical services at Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in support of the CDID, CRD.”
The contractor will provide Army Health System subject matter expertise in support of operational and organizational concept design, identification of required capabilities (formations, functions, science and technology) and future study plan (experimentation) participation needed to meet Army modernization objectives supporting AimPoint Forces of 2028 and 2035.
Contractor will serve as a concepts and capability developer with subject matter expertise in the Army Health System (AHS). Services include concept development, requirements determination, analysis planning, data entry and capabilities integration. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform concepts and capabilities SME Services.
This requirement will be solicited as 100% Woman Owned Small Business set-aside.
