VA intends to negotiate a non-competitive award (Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole-source) with Dynamic Integrated Services LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business located at 3 W Garden Street STE 610 Pensacola FL, 32502, to assist with a wide range Communications Support Services.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), newly established Office of Risk Management (ORM) is seeking contractor support to assist with a wide range communications support to help with the MyVA transformation and VHA Organizational realignment. ORM anticipates reaching numerous internal and external audiences, including Veterans, clinicians, the healthcare and medical communities, professional associations (i.e. healthcare quality groups) as well as the media, and Congress. The communication support services will include: develop essential content, build and sustain internal and external communications platforms and channels, develop and integrate associated dissemination mechanisms and processes, support the ADUSHORM executive communications, support all ORM programs, events, conferences and special initiatives, and provide support with developing an ORM website and continuous updates.
