“The Contractor shall provide project management, change and configuration management support, release management, business analysis, business process engineering support, documentation support, , testing, and business requirements management support. The Contractor shall support the development, configuration, operation and maintenance, and deployment within the eCMS portfolio that aligns with VA modernization efforts.”
The eCMS portfolio is currently comprised of the following acquisition components/technologies:
- Automated Acquisition Management System (AAMS)
- Center for Acquisition Resource (CARE)
- Microsoft Dynamics
- VA Task Order Management System (TOMS)
- VA Vendor Portal (VP)
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Layer
- Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Layer
- VA Centralized Acquisition Datastore
- Virtual Office of Acquisitions (VOA)
The Contractor shall create and/or maintain the following interfaces, which include:
- Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) applications
- VA Financial, Logistics, and Office of Acquisitions, Logistics, and Construction (OALC) Systems(i.e. Financial Management System (FMS), Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VISTA)/ Integrated Funds Distribution Control Point Activity Accounting and Procurement (IFCAP), Centralized Administrative Accounting Transaction System (CAATS), Invoice Payment Processing System (IPPS)
- General Services Administration (GSA) eBuy
