Joni Fernbaugh, an established and well-known industry leader, will be drawing upon her years of experience as both a subject matter expert in nursing and clinical systems and her 20+ years in business development, as she launches a new woman-owned business development consulting firm.
As the President/Founding Principal of FedHealth BdExec Consulting, Joni will leverage the model she has developed to help clients qualify, advance their probability of win, and bid on their most critical opportunities, while helping clients build their pipelines, call plans, account plans, capture and teaming strategies, assess the competitive landscape, and other related market research and business development lifecycle activities.
