“Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.201(b), the Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a noncompetitive firm-fixed-price contract under the 8(a) Program (15 U.S.C. 637) no later than August 14, 2020, for a twelve-month base period with four additional twelve-month option periods, to the Advancia Technologies, LLC, of Oklahoma City, OK, in support of the DHA Enterprise, to continue to provide Financial Operations Division (FOD) Programming, Planning, Budgeting, Financial Data Analytics, Accounting, Budget Data Modeling Optimization, and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Global Technical Support utilizing a Performance Work Statement (PWS).”
