CMS to modify contract for ServiceNow Development to Ventech

“The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intent to negotiate a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, modification, to the Healthcare Quality Information Systems (HCQIS) Infrastructure and Data Center Support (HIDS) contract, HHSM-500-2015-00252C, with Ventech Solutions Inc., located at 8425 PULSAR Pl STE 300, Columbus, OH, 43240-2079. The total potential dollar value of the contract, inclusive of all options, is $797,334,355.03. The total anticipated dollar value of this sole source modification is less than $10 million.  This contract was originally awarded as an 8(a) competition. Award date of this modification has yet to be determined.”

“This modification will increase the scope of the contract to include a series of commercial services (ServiceNow development teams).”

“The minimum requirement for the development efforts includes but is not limited to:

  1. Certified ServiceNow Partner
  2. Approved, CMS System, Authority to Operate (ATO)
  3. Experienced CMS partner
  4. Certified SAFe Agile Experts
  5. Certified ServiceNow technologists
  6. A single ServiceNow Instance
  7. Ability to develop a web form or intake process, within the required timeframe
  8. Maintain a pre-existing online case management system”
