The Contractor shall provide project management; planning, implementation and gap analysis for stakeholder communications, outreach events, and associated collateral, materials, and presentation packets; and web content development and maintenance for blogs, newsletter, and social media posts for VA Privacy Service office.IT Privacy related communication and outreach services to bring privacy awareness to stakeholders and organizations include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and other VA partners including the reach of over 22 million Veterans, VA staff, and over 400 Privacy Officers;
- Developing and implementing awareness, communications, and outreach campaigns that educate stakeholders about privacy at VA;
- Helping VA Privacy Service create and implement communications and outreach strategies and plans that establishes privacy as a priority at VA;
- Developing and distributing marketing collateral that promotes privacy messaging approved by VA Privacy Service;
- Providing recommendations that help improve communications and outreach efforts beneficial to VA Privacy Service;
