Todd Roman, armed with experience responsible for all medical operations for base population, as a CIO focused on medical information systems, and as a Deputy CTO driving medical systems infrastructure modernization, takes on a new challenge as Branch Chief for Medical Modernization Branch located at the USAF Air Mobility Command.
