HHS Sources Sought: Title X Family Planning Services grantees for the Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR)

This SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is to determine the availability of potential small businesses (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small business) to maintain a data repository that will accept encounter level client data from Title X Family Planning Services grantees for the Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR). This contract will include developing a system for the collection, analysis, reporting, and summarization of data from OPA Title X Family

This contract will include the development, deployment, and maintenance of a data system to collect, analyze, report, and summarize encounter level data from approximately 80 Title X grantees and their sub grantees. (More information at https://www.hhs.gov/opa/title-x-family-planning/title-x-grantees/). in either a C-CDA or flat-file format. Development and deployment will include obtaining an Authority to Operate and attendant clearances in accordance with current HHS and federal policy. Data analysis will include issuance of an annual report, special data projects, and customizable data reports for end-users. Technical assistance (TA) will be provided under this contract to grantees in both individual and group-based TA, via a help desk, to electronic health record (EHR) vendors, and through reference materials developed under this contract. This contract will also include a provision to disseminate results and other lessons learned through various communications channels.
