The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to negotiate with CWC Group, LLC. on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 19.1506 Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business Program (EDWOSB) sole source awards, to provide MasterControl Quality Management Information System (QMiS).
FDA conducted market research via a RFI issued in the Beta.SAM.Gov website on November 13, 2019. Based on the results of the Notice, a determination is made that there is not a reasonable expectation that offers will be received from two or more EDWOSB concerns.
