The Contractor shall provide VA OTI with the requisite, skills, knowledge, and associated toolsets needed to support Interoperability requirements including support of VA Interoperability Leadership team, VA Interoperability Strategic plan, Interoperability Maturity assessments, analysis, indexing and dashboarding efforts. Further as optional tasks supporting the VA Office of Technical Integration from an operational and technical perspective to include implementation of Systems of Systems Engineering (SoSE) methodologies and principles to be implemented across VA IT Enterprise, for legacy constituent and future systems.
This contract will augment OTI resources by providing necessary breadth and depth of capabilities and experience for OTI SoSE technical integration, sustaining engineering, program management, technical risk management, technical assessment, strategy development, interface standardizations and mission effectiveness, interoperability and test and evaluation, as necessary.
In terms of general scope, the Contractor shall assist OTI with:
- Support to Accelerate Interoperability
- Operations and Administrative Support (Optional Task)
- OTI Roadmap (Optional Task)
- Technical and Program Management to Priority Initiatives (Optional Task)
- SoS Architecture and Engineering (Optional Task)
