Responsibilities:
- Leading development of writing to solutions to support the life-cycle of business development (spanning identification, qualification, capture and proposal efforts), with close attention to cost, schedule, function, quality, and other customer-driven business considerations
- Creating white papers, proposals, and briefings as well as participate in customer meetings and related interactions demonstrating SeKON’s thought leadership and relevant capabilities
- Supporting capture strategy development through technical leadership, developing and marketing value propositions that differentiate SeKON
- Writing technical sections of proposals and request for information responses
- Conducting and supporting activities that engage directly with customers in collaboration with our Business Development and Site Operations leadership teams
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree and 10+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 8+ years of prior relevant experience. Industry certifications will be considered in augmenting years of experience, including technical tools, knowledge and use. Working experience should include:
- Health IT and public health solution’s for Defense Health Agency, VA and HHS with a working knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- IT systems and Applications (infrastructure, security, micro-segmentation, analytics)
- Agile and software development, system architecture, DevOps,
- Cloud architecture and solutions including laaS, PaaS and SaaS technologies
- Electronic Health Records
- Information assurance, cyber security
- Web development and content management
- Al and NLP
- Leading the development of solutions for proposals and client engagements
- Authoring white papers, RFI responses, and proposals
- Running trade studies, product evaluations, or research projects
