- Assist in defining compelling win themes and discriminators
- Plan proposal development and production support activities, prepare the master proposal schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process
- Analyze the government solicitation, identify all requirements and criteria for evaluation, and prepare the detailed proposal outline
- Develop and manage the proposal team to include issuing effective proposal instructions to sub-contractor and internal proposal developers
- Develop guidelines and processes for detailed pricing inputs, working closely with the Pricing Team

“Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s with five years’ experience; or Master’s degree with three years; and/or eight years of proposal management experience in lieu of a degree with relevant Proposal experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in a compelling, persuasive manner to evaluators
- Experience developing proposal content and drafting initial proposal language for various sections
