The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center- Frederik (SAC-F), in accordance with Public Law 109- 461: Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006 specifically, the Veterans First Contracting Program outlined in 38 USC § 8127(c) and VAAR 819.7007 (Sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns) intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with TRILOGY FEDERAL, LLC to perform oversight and analysis of various financial areas.
The contractor shall provide recommendations to streamline and/or improve financial processes, operations, and financial systems. The services within the scope of this requirement include the following task areas: Project Management Support, Financial Management and Analysis, Process Improvement, Data Act Support, Financial Management modernization and transition support and Monthly Reporting Support. The contract is a Three (3) year term which includes: one nine (12) month base and two (2) twelve (12) month option period.
