“This is a sources sought notice of the Government’s intent to assess interested parties to facilitate a contract to further the development and enhancement of the United States Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory’s (USACAEL) web based Extract Lab Management System (ELMS).

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement.

The enhancement of the ELMS will provide management and clinical administration tools, and reporting capabilities designed to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services for the allergy patient…”
