Geff Garnhart, armed with multiple years of experience in program and project management, business development and leadership of information systems creation and maintenance takes on a new role as Senior Capture Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology. Geff brings experience across Government agencies, to include leading operations and delivery for several highly successful T4 and T4NG Prime contract holders.
