Responsibilities:
- Guide client account teams, providing support, expertise, and mentoring in business development, strategy, client management, and project execution.
- Conduct project health reviews for projects in the portfolio to ensure high-quality work products, client satisfaction, contract compliance, and attainment of financial goals.
- Meet account sales, revenue and profitability goals.
- Serve as senior advisor or project quality advisor on key projects.
- Strengthen new and existing client(s) relationships through such activities as: engaging in proactive regular dialogue with the client on current and future projects, listening to the client’s challenges and opportunities, demonstrating a clear understanding of the client’s critical priorities and current market conditions, and leveraging Abt’s capabilities to shape the client’s future work…
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with key clients, particularly the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services/Administration for Children and Families
- Previous experience conducting research and policy analysis for key clients
- Hands on experience with full business development life cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, capture, and bid development
- P&L and/or experience building account strategies managing sales/revenue plans
- MA/MS and 15+ years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and external audiences…
