The proposed action is for a partial 30-day extension of Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order (TO) VA11817F10210003 under Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Contract VA118-16-D-1021 with ManTech. TO VA11817F10210003 was awarded on June 16, 2017 for Office of Resolution Management (ORM) Information Technology (IT) Support Services and Technology Development. The TO included a 10-month base period with two 12-month option periods and is currently set to expire on April 18, 2020. Due to delays in awarding the competitive follow-on TO, a 30-day extension of two of the TO’s requirements, Software Engineering and Operations and Maintenance (O&M), is necessary to ensure continued support prior to, and during the transition to, the new competitively awarded TO.
A 30-day extension of these specific services under the TO is necessary to avoid a critical gap in service when the current TO expires on April 18, 2020 and to ensure the seamless transition of the full scope of services to the new TO, which is anticipated to be awarded no later than April 30, 2020.
