The Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia intends to award one (1) sole source contract for comprehensive Nurse Advice Line services in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic to OptumHealth Care Solutions, LLC of Eden Prairie, MN.
The Contractor shall maintain the capability to accept calls from the VA nationwide, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year. The sole source award will remain in effect until one year after the date of award.
The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling urgency.
