VA awards Contract for LCMS Support Services and Licenses

The VA has awarded a contract for Learning Content Management System (LCMS) support services and licenses to SDVOSB Minburn Technology Group.

“The proposed action is for the renewal of 280 brand name IBM Kenexa Evolution LCMS software licenses and the associated Professional Services for the Office of Human Resources & Adminstration (HR&A), Human Resource Enterprise Center (HREC). VA has been using the IBM Kenexa Evolution LCMS software licenses since 2006, which provide an object-based learning content development environment that offers complete content reusability, personalization, enterprise content management capability, and multi-modal output (Web, CD, Word, mobile, etc.) to support the consolidation of all VA training initiatives. It also allows for all content to be made Section 508-compliant prior to publication.”
