Right on time. As promised NITAAC released the draft solicitation in March for the important GWAC. Expect to hear a lot about this in the days and weeks ahead as thousands of IT & Consulting firms spend some up-front time reviewing the evaluation criteria and looking closely at their bid and teaming strategies
