“We got a little CIO-SP4 Industry Hour at AFCEA West! Most notable takeaway was that they are combining the contract to only have one vehicle across all the Socio economic statuses. So if you are on the unrestricted track, you will also have access to the small business task orders and vice versa. This is great news that there should be more visibility on CIO-SP4 than CIO-SP3!
