This position serves as the Associate Director for Operations Management in the IT Applications Center (ITAC), NHLBI.
Responsibilities
As a Supervisory IT Specialist, you will:
- Serve as the Associate Director for Operations Management assisting the Director in all aspects of IT related operations management.
- Oversee and coordinate NHLBI IT activities including scientific computing support services.
- Oversee the work of multiple Branches of IT professionals.
- Develop strategic plans and assure implementation of infrastructure IT systems.
- Advise IT professionals and consult leaders on the expanding use of information resources.
