“This sources sought is seeking interest from SBA CERTIFIED 8A PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS who are interested in providing Medical Information Systems Support Technician services in accordance with the attached performance work statement (PWS) to the 28th Medical Group (28 MDG) at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota.”
“The 28 MDG requires ongoing IT support. The Contractor shall provide a qualified, experienced Medical Information Systems Support Technician. This includes providing personnel, services, and management support to accomplish the objectives.”
“The contractor shall provide the functional support required to fulfill this requirement as described in the following:
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair or replace IT equipment.
- Immediate Response: Directly affects patient care. A Systems technician will have 15 minutes to respond to this issue. Updates to customer will be provided every hour until resolved.
- Urgent Response: Could affect patient care if left unresolved. A Systems technician will have 60 minutes to respond to this issue. Updates will be provided at the end of each duty day.
- Routine Response: All other issues. A Systems technician will respond in 1 business day. Updates will be provided to the customer within 48 hours…”
