DSS extracts and imports VA financial and clinical workload information to generate Managerial Cost Accounting (MCA) information for VA’s Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA), and the Office of Information Technology (OIT), as well as the Department of Defense (DOD).
