Dennis Nihiser, a seasoned leader, manager, and engineer of large scale enterprises with over 40 years of complex systems experience, whose recent experience includes serving as a Senior Program Manager for the Defense Department’s Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) solution with industry, a >$5 billion project to transform the delivery of healthcare for nearly 10 million service members and their families, has returned to SAIC where he previously spent 13 years and led and managed a >$3B portfolio of service delivery programs.
