“The National Institutes of Health, Office of Research Services (ORRS) seeks the services of a contractor to facilitate the development, communication, deployment, and implementation plan of the Office of Research Services strategic plan.”
Performance Objectives:
- Provide guidance on the total planning process, including but not limited to, pre-planning, planning, implementation, and assessment phases.
- Advise on the identification of resources needed for the development, deployment, communication, and implementation of the strategic plan.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions mainly, but not limited to ORS senior leadership.
- Guide the development and implementation of a communication plan.
