HHS OIG to award contract for Airwatch Bridge Connector Hosting and Customization

Solicitation: OIG75040120Q00001

HHS Office of Inspector General (OIG) leverages the use of Entrust Issued derived credential certificates that can be used to authenticate users on mobile and other devices. HHS OIG currently employs manual provisioning and certificate binding to align users OIG accounts with the derived credentials that OIG users have requested. HHSOIG is seeking to facilitate automatic provisioning, binding, and revocation of derived credential certificates using Entrust Datacard, Cygnacom’s Airwatch Bridge Connector.

The contractor must provide installation, maintenance, support, and customization of the HHS OIG’s AirWatch Bridge Connector.  The solution proposed will integrate the existing OIG’s Entrust Identity Guard application (IDS), OIG’s Administrative Tracking Application (ATA), OIG’s Active Directory (AD), and OIG’s AirWatch MDM instance.  OIG requests functional modifications to the ABC in order to populate an Active Directory instance with information about issued credentials.

The Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Inspector General (OIG) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Blue Tech Inc, located at 4025 Hancock St, Ste 100, San Diego, CA 92110, a historically underutilized business zone (HUBZone) certified small business for Airwatch Bridge Connector Hosting and Customization. The contract will consist of a base year and one option year period. The scope of this project will allow for the following modifications: • When a user activates a derived credential, AirWatch will queue the event. ABC polls AirWatch for new events and retrieves the event for processing. The system will retrieve the distinguished name associated with the derived credential. A module hosted by Customer will poll for the distinguished name and populate the Alt-Security-Identities attribute in the Customer’s ATA application which will ultimately publish to the Customer’s Active Directory.
