This procurement is for a bridge action for the sustainment of the NQIIC Data Hub during the transition from the 11th to 12th Statement of Work. The services will procure a base period of 12 months and 3 month Option Period to allow for transition from the TCPI Data Hub (11th SOW) to the NQIIC Data Hub (12 SOW).
In the 12th SOW, the TCPI Data Hub legacy system will be decommissioned and a new modernized system, Network of Quality Improvement and Innovation Contractors (NQIIC) Data Hub will support the expanded user base, capacity, scalability, and features of the NQIICs as well as facilitate the data exchange between CMS and all NQIIC users. The current Contractor BAH is required to complete development to support the NQIIC as they onboard and transition to the 12th SOW. Current work was unable to be completed due to Government delays in the 11th SOW due to budget constraints and the deferment of onboarding the 12th statement of work contractors. Due to the delays BAH is unable to complete the minimum work required for the transition to the ADOs.
