After adding Vik Mehta as senior VP for Capture and Proposals last year, C-HIT just recently added Joe Kostakis as Director of Business Development to take advantage of 15 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, marketing, and capture in CMS and Federal Health.

In this new role, Joe will build on C-HIT’s success at CMS and within Health IT leveraging contract vehicles such as CMS SPARC and CIO-SP3, as well as GSA schedules. Most recently, Joe Kostakis helped establish CVP as a major player in CMS and HHS and as a leader in analytics and engineering transformation. Prior to that, he was responsible for Program Management and Delivery functions at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) where he oversaw complex payment systems and demanding program initiatives delivering mission-critical capabilities to CMS customers.
