VA RFI: Nurse Call Center TRM Plus and TEDP Telephone Triage Services for the Butler VA Health Care System

The VA Butler Health Care Center and the Bronx Call Center currently utilize TRM Plus which now contains TEDP (Formerly Veterans Health Gateway) as a component to provide telephone triage services for patients. Project Description: Telecare Record Manager (TRM) Plus, with the component DSHI Systems’ Triage Expert Dual Purpose (TEDP), is a clinical software application used by nurses who provide telephone triage services to veterans. The application supports nurse clinical decision-making by systematically assessing a veteran’s symptoms, while providing reference health information during the process.

This contract is for the purpose of renewing TRM Plus (including the TEDP component) license of the Bronx and Butler Call Centers and VISN offices. At the current time, all nine VISN 04 facilities are using these services Altoona, Butler, Coatesville, Erie, Lebanon, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Wilkes-Barre, Wilmington.
