Dawn Alley, a Senior executive population health expert, experienced in leading Medicare and Medicaid payment policy innovation as well as health policy and delivery system reform, with direct programmatic oversight totaling more than $1 billion, and experience developing and scaling sustainable nation-wide payment models for community health improvement, has taken on a new challenge with HHS as Deputy Senior Advisor to the Secretary for Value-based Transformation.
