DHA has awarded AAC, Inc. a contract for $2.6M for PBX maintenance services at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
The contract includes “comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) services for the mission-critical Private Branch Exchange Unified Communication Hybrid (“UC-PBX”) System at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) and its remote sites under the Department of Defense Joint Medical Facilities in the National Capital Area (NCA)/National Capital Region (NCR). Included as part of this O&M effort is an upgrade of both the UC-PBX system hosted at WRNMMC’s Bethesda campus and the PBX hosted at the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRMAC) campus (hereafter referred to as “the PBX systems”) to the most recent version and revision of software supporting operations at these two locations. The PBX systems include all solution-comprising hardware, software and services at each location.”
