Accenture Wins Position on $900M Veterans Benefits Administration Conversion & Communications Services contract

“Accenture Federal Services has been awarded a position on the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Conversion & Communications Services contract that will provide innovative technology solutions to improve the veterans’ benefits experience.”

“Under the five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract valued at up to $900 million, AFS will provide technology optimization and process improvements to VBA as it seeks to improve its responsiveness, accuracy, and efficiency in handling veterans’ documents. This includes supporting existing VBA mail centers with program management services, source material tracking and management, data transfer, inbound mail management, and rules-based processing support…”

“AFS will use commercial capabilities, including artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic process automation (RPA), and other assets such as the Robotics Operations Center to modernize VBA’s benefits processing environment.
