This is to provide notification that the award of Contract # 36C24E19C0039 for services related to Scientific Portfolio Analysis between the VA and Rios Partners is cancelled. In response to a GAO protest, the VA proposed taking corrective action by terminating the existing award and re-evaluating the quotations received in response to the solicitation, this resulted in a dismissal of the protest.
