VA has awarded Vecna Technologies a contract for VPS Operational and Sustainment Support Services. The period of performance is September 30, 2019 through March 29, 2020 with four, 6-month option periods. The total dollar value is $4,755,422.58. The obligated dollar amount at time of award is $24,329,541.90.
The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive range of project management, system administration support, extended warranty, and performance management sustainment support. The Contractor shall have the single point of responsibility for the system solution.
The Contractor shall provide project management to include project planning, meeting coordination and participation, monthly status reporting and service desk reporting.
The Contractor shall provide system administration support to include operations and maintenance support services, inclusive of a three-tier service desk as well as technical sustainment and system performance and capacity monitoring.
