“The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) awards Sparksoft Corporation a subcontract to support Health Care Quality Information System (HCQIS) Enterprise Integrated Supplemental Testing (HEIST). Sparksoft will provide Performance Testing and Engineering services, while introducing and implementing performance testing practices across all applications, to increase the speed, quality, and value of code moving to production. Sparksoft will also support a custom performance testing framework with automated tools such as JMeter, Jenkins, GitHub, and Apache on AWS platform, which aligns with the Agile CI/CD process to increase productivity and lowers costs for CMS.
