The incumbent has deep working knowledge and work experience in the Health IT field with direct experience in the Federal space at agencies such as CMS, CDC, NIH, FDA, HHS and others. The incumbent will work closely with the delivery, business development and solutions teams to ensure continued delivery and focus on the introduction of new solutions and business opportunities for MAXIMUS Federal in the HIT field.
The incumbent will be conversant in functional program needs, current technologies, federal HIT stakeholders and their challenges and needs as well as solution/deal shaping, creating and maintaining relationships with current and future clients and partners, and the management of PnL for projects, programs or accounts.
The incumbent will report directly to the Vice President for MAXIMUS Federal Health IT

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related discipline. An MBA or Master Degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum of (10) ten years’ with Federal HIT experience
- Minimum of (10) ten years as a program manager leading large, complex programs in a federal government environment
- Minimum (5) five years’ experience managing teams of 50+ members
