The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Acquisition Management Services (AMS) intends to sole source Intelligent Enterprise Solutions, LLC for ACL Analytic Client tool.
The Office of Financial Policy and Reporting uses the ACL Analytic Client tool to analyze, automate, and extract large volumes of data. They use GSA advantage to purchase this software and Intelligent Enterprise Solution (IES) is currently the only vendor on GSA Advantage that provides this software. They have used this group for the last 2 years for this software. With awarding directly, this will eliminate any lapse in analyzing and submission of reports to Treasury and OMB for DATA Act and financial reporting.
