“Job Description
The Capture Manager is responsible for establishing, promulgating, and ensuring the meaningful adoption of sound capture management principles and processes. The Capture Manager ensures effective management and reporting of all phases of opportunity capture for government bid opportunities. He/she coaches and oversees the capture management activities and outputs for strategic pursuits throughout the company. For certain very large or high-risk opportunities, the Capture Manager may personally manage the entire capture process utilizing industry and technical knowledge and marketing and sales capabilities.”

- Develop standard technical, operational, management, teaming, and cost/price solution approaches and associated tools
- Identify and assign the resources required to pursue the bid, establish processes and plans necessary for pursuit, and manage their execution… “
“Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years experience
- Demonstrated success in pursuing and winning Federal Government contracts
- Successful past performance developing customer relationships, developing a qualified pipeline, building industry relationships, and leading capture efforts
- Experience working with technical teams to develop and evolve win strategies, key offer elements, competitive discriminators and resulting win themes
- Experience supporting VA or DoD task order pursuits… “
