Michael Holmes, a program management professional skilled in Systems Implementation, Systems Development, Analysis, Government, Military Health, Readiness, Operational Planning and Medical Research, who previously managed the Innovations and Information Technology research portfolios for the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) and before that, managed the Operational Medical (Theater) acquisition activities within the DHMSM and JOMIS PMOs, has taken on a new challenge as Sr. Director of Program Management Operations at MicroHealth.
