The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown NJ intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for the renewal of existing Dragon Medical Network Edition (DMNE) enterprise wide medical speech recognition software maintenance support from Nuance Communications, Inc.
The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period, with four (4) 3-month option periods with Nuance Communications Inc.
