VA Sources Sought: Social Network Analysis Research

VA has issued a sources sought to identify a contractor in relation to technical assistance (TA) with applying Social Network Analysis (SNA) methods in healthcare implementation interventions, evaluations, and analyses for the VA Los Angeles HSR&D Center of Innovation (COIN)—also called the Center for the Study of Healthcare Innovation, Implementation & Policy (CSHIIP) at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS)…

The contractor will work solely with CSHIIP and ESP leadership and staff on the tasks below.

Provide expert guidance, education, training, proposal and project consultations in Social Network Analysis (SNA) methods as applied to implementation interventions, evaluations, and analyses to VA HSR&D COIN Center investigators. Specifically:

Task 1: Prepare and provide two 90-minute workshops for CSHIIP and ESP researchers and project staff on using the R program to conduct SNA at the West Los Angeles VAMC.

Task 2: Provide 16 hours of consultation to ESP researchers and staff related to a manuscript that involves SNA as it relates to the diffusion of innovations.

Task 3: Provide 8 hours of consultation to ESP researchers on the potential uses of SNA for future projects…
