“The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded Signature Consulting Group (SCG) a new contract for Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) Workflow Management System in support of the Office of Human Capital.”
“The HRIT is a full-service workflow-based human resource management system that supports the end-to-end life cycle of Human Resources (HR) actions related to staffing, classification, workforce management and requests for recruitment/retention incentives. SCG will apply digital services and system integration in support of CMS’s modernization of new HR business functionality that will increase CMS’s ability to automate existing, antiquated personnel management processes. SCG will extend the automation of manual processes for workforce-related data collection, processing, and analytics including employing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.” Read the full press release here.
