NIH NLM RFP: Data Center Infrastructure Support Services

The National Library of Medicine is seeking to obtaining Data Center Infrastructure Professional Support Services and electrical infrastructure design, maintenance and installation services for the Facilities /Infrastructure Services (FIS) group Center for Information Technology (CIT), National Institutes of Health and other NIH Institutes and Center.

The Contractor shall provide Data Center Infrastructure Professional Support Services to: (1) Purchase Order Management; (2) Power Systems Support ; (3) Mechanical System Support; (4) Data Center Environmental Monitoring Technical Services and Support; (5) Site Assessments and Risk Analysis; (6) Operations, Maintenance and Integration services; (7) 24×7 Equipment Monitoring; (8) Data Center Cleaning; (9) Thermo Graphic Infrared Scan; (10) Clean Agent Fire Extinguisher Inspection; (11) Task 11 – Coordination of Maintenance for Continuous Power System (Rotary UPS) with ORF; (12) Construction Maintenance and Alterations; (13) Onsite Staffing; (14) Professional Analytical Support Services; (15) Other Services; (16) Phase-Out Plan (17) Electrical infrastructure design, maintenance and installation services.
