Ramsey Frank, who previously served VA as a central point, managing, directing coordinating all major aspects of the operational support activities of a large Enterprise Service Desk spanning multiple locations nationwide with approximately 800 support staff, and prior to that, as Director of Procedures/Analysis for the Agency’s Enterprise Service Desk, has taken on a new role with Information Sciences Consulting (ISCI) where he will serve as VP of VA Operations.
