James McDaniel, an operations manager with 10+ years of logistics leadership and project management experience in the healthcare sector and experience in process improvement strategy, as well as for managing risks and forecasting needs, has taken on a new role as Chief of HHS’ Project Management Section. In this new role he will oversee a Project Management team of Federal and contract personnel in support of numerous medical supply chain assemblage activities impacting federal medical missions both stateside and around the world.
