DHA has awarded a $4M sole source bridge contract to Planned Systems International (PSI) for Code Maintenance.
This requirement is to provide support for code maintenance & sustainment, code enhancements required by the Government to maintain current functional requirements, support of transition to production, code management and documentation, system security maintenance and documentation, security testing (to include DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other Information Assurance (IA) requirements as specified by regulation or as directed by the Solutions Delivery Division (SDD) Program Executive Office (PEO).
It will also provide collaborative support to all other SDD contractors who may be tasked with application development, integration, application support, other production operations, and infrastructure support and operations as required by the SDD. The contract supports the migration from SDD – owned hardware to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Capacity Services which allows agencies to scale the support to meet its needs, paying only for what it uses while the contractor owns and maintains equipment.
The Code Maintenance support includes support of the sustainment of the Legacy Production Environments and supporting the migration to new SDD Production-Test/Disaster Recovery, Demo/Training, and Production “Capacity Services” environments…
The resultant order will have a two (2) months base period; FY19 Operations and Maintenance funding will be used.
